East Texan Kacey Musgraves Will Enjoy a Big Night on the CMAs Tonight [VIDEO]

Every year when the CMAs and the ACMs roll around, I get asked by listeners, friends and family for my winner picks. So I thought I would share them with you guys just for fun!I want to remind you that if you have to work or any other reason for having to miss the CMAs tonight, that KNUE will be broadcasting the show live starting at 7 p.m., brought to you by Green Mountain Coffee!

Entertainer of the Year Nominees:

Blake Shelton - Jason Aldean - George Strait - Taylor Swift - Luke Bryan. George Strait should take this award. Not only is he the "King" of country, but it's his last touring year.

Female Vocalists of the Year Nominees:

Miranda Lambert - Carrie Underwood - Kelly Clarkson - Kacey Musgraves - Taylor Swfit. I pick Miranda Lambert. I also like Kacey Musgraves but I think she will pick up some awards in other categories.

Male Vocalists of the Year Nominees:

Blake Shelton - Eric Church - Jason Aldean - Keith Urban - Luke Bryan. I have to pick Eric Church! Eric is as a rebel with gritty songs and a gritty performances. He is also a phenomenal songwriter.

Vocalists of the Year Nominees:

The Band Perry - Little Big Town - Lady Antebellum - Eli Young Band - Zac Brown Band. Man this is a hard one, cause all the nominees are crazy good. I love my EYB and Zac Brown Band, but this year I have to choose The Band Perry. These guys have been putting out some great records and is embarking on their first World tour.

Vocal Duo of the Year Nominees:

Florida-Georgia Line - The Civil Wars - Thompson Square - Love and Theft - Big & Rich - Sugarland. This is easy, Florida-Georgia Line. Duh, their first three singles went number one and fourth may make it to number one too!

New Artist of the Year Nominees:

Kacey Musgraves - Florida Georgia Line - Kip Moore - Lee Brice - Brett Eldredge. This is also a tight race, Lee Brice is one of my favorites, but I pick Kacey Musgraves. This East Texan has got what no one else has, uniqueness and tons of talent!

Single of the Year Nominees:

"Cruise" Florida-Georgia Line - "Highway Don't Care" Taylor Swift / Tim McGraw - "Mama's Broken Heart" Miranda Lambert - "Merry Go Round" Kacey Musgraves - "Wagon Wheel" Darius Rucker. Now this award is for the performer and production crew, so I choose Miranda Lambert, because the song was written by Kacey Musgraves.

Song of the Year Nominees:

Kacey Musgraves "Merry Go Round" and "Mama's Broken Heart" - "I Drive Your Truck" - "Pontoon" - "Wagon Wheel". You probably know from my pick of the Single of the Year, It has to be, hands down, Kacey Musgraves "Mama's Broken Heart." This awards honor the songwriters, and Kacey Musgraves is one the finest!

Album of the Year Nominees:

Kacey Musgraves "Same Trailer Different Park" - Blake Shelton "Based on a True Story" - Carrie Underwood "Blown Away" - Taylor Swift "Red" - Little Big Town "Pontoon". Hello people - Kacey Musgraves!

I think Kacey Musgraves will have a big night! Fingers crossed for you Kacey!
