Welcome back for Amy Austin's second ever Hot Flashes video segment. This week's episode will have a little more of a sad tone. Check the video out to hear a little of what Amy had to say about the bombing in Boston this week. 

Life cannot always be about laughs and the little annoyances of everyday life. Sometimes, life has to get a little serious.

The tragedy that occurred in Boston at the marathon has put us all in a more somber and sad state lately. Amy Austin was not immune to the sadness and this is what she had to say about it.

Now, tune in next week to hear from Amy again. Hopefully it will have a much lighter feel as we all recover from this terrible time.
