Innovative, informative, and entertaining. When it comes to The Chad Hasty Show, that is the show you are going to hear every time you tune in. I started my broadcast career in 2003 and launched my first show in 2006 on News/Talk 790AM KFYO. In 2008, I took over Lubbock’s First News on KFYO. In October 2012, The Chad Hasty Show moved to the current time slot of 8:30-11 a.m., replacing legendary national broadcaster Neal Boortz and has become one of the most well-known shows in Texas. Listeners across West Texas call in during my show to voice their opinions on the day's hot-button issues. I've interviewed senators, representatives, governors, presidential candidates, authors and local officials. In 2016, I was appointed by Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick to the Elections Advisory Committee as the only representative from West Texas. In 2019, I was re-appointed to the same committee. I enjoy talking politics, sports, cigars and anything else that's on the listeners' minds. I keep in touch with my listeners through social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more. You can find me on most social media through the @ChadHastyRadio handle. The Chad Hasty Show airs weekdays 8:30 to 11 a.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. on News/Talk 95.1 FM & 790 AM KFYO in Lubbock, NewsTalk 1290 KWFS in Wichita Falls, and KYYW 1470 News Talk Radio in Abilene.
