KNUE + Brookside Dental ‘Hometown Hero’ of the Week: Firefighter + EMT Penny Wilson

It is an honor and a privilege to announce our KNUE + Brookside Dental Hometown Hero of the Week — firefighter and EMT Penny Wilson of Arp. Penny was nominated by Chantel Stewart. Penny has been a part of the Arp Fire Department for over 20 years, serving as a volunteer firefighter, EMT and secretary for the department. Penny is a mother of four children and is married to Randal Wilson, also a volunteer firefighter for the Arp fire department.

Here's how Chantel describes Penny  ;

[Chantel is] a great citizen to the community of Arp, but also a wonderful mother and friend who willingly gives of herself without expecting anything in return.

Chantel says she feels safer in her community because of Penny, and is proud to have her in her life. Those are some pretty awesome words.

This is why Arp Firefighter+ EMT, Penny Wilson, is the KNUE + Brookside Dental “Hometown Hero” of the Week.

In honor of her service and dedication, Penny,  will receive a plaque from Congratulations Awards in Jacksonville.
