High school is hard enough, but imagine if you had the added pressure of competing in an online "hotness" contest organized by the male student body. That's currently what's happening at Issaquah High School in Washington state.

Wheatmore High School in Trinity, North Carolina has found itself in one mother of a controversy.

I was in high school a long, long time ago. But when I hear certain songs, it takes me right back to  Longview High School. Those were the  days when you couldn't wait to get older so you could do what you wanted. But then that day comes, you're all grown up and on your own, and it dawns on you -- "Man I had it good, what was I thinking?!"

McKinney North High School has been no stranger to controversy. First, the real-life story of "Mean Girls" in 2006 that inspired a Lifetime movie. Now, the school is denying its decision to remove doors to bathrooms had anything to do with stopping students from having sex during school.

This is a prank that went way south! This was a gag at a  pep rally assembly at Rosemount High School. It was supposed to be a joke. But when it went viral on YouTube some people didn't find it the least bit funny.

I came across a very interesting story and I knew that you guys would help me "sort it out." Educating students about a foreign culture, a teacher in McAllen, TX required students in her Spanish class to memorize and individually recite the Mexican national anthem and pledge of allegiance — but one student objected, catching the attention of the school district.

This is it. It is the last week for high school football here in East Texas (excluding playoff games of course). It is also senior night for the home teams. It has been a great season for football in East Texas and if you are regretting not going to any game this season, this final game will be the best to go to...

Students at Evergreen Park High School in Illinois may be well-advised to avoid excessive water intake — or find themselves with longer school days. Some teachers there have implemented a policy of allowing each student only three bathroom visits during class each semester. Any subsequent visits require students to make up the class time later in the day.
