UT Tyler Announces Massive 2026 Homecoming Celebration

(KNUE-FM) It seems like there is always something going on here in East Texas. It truly is a fun place to live. When we heard about the big 2026 Homecoming celebration UT Tyler is hosting this year, it was great because it gave all of us one more fun thing to look forward to.

Casey Donahew to Headline 2026 Homecoming

The celebration this year is going to be incredible with fireworks, a tailgate party, and a concert put on by a Red Dirt country legend, Casey Donahew! To make the concert even better, opening up for Casey will be singer-songwriter Kylie Frey.

When and Where the Concert Will Happen

The concert will take place at UT Tyler’s Patriot Plaza, kicking off at 7:00 p.m.

Fireworks, Drone Show, and Tailgate Details

The fireworks and drone show, along with a Patriots baseball tailgate and crawfish boil will be the following day on Saturday, March 28 at UT Tyler Parking Lot 14. This event is open to the public and will be a whole bunch of fun for everyone in attendance.
