UPDATE: Due to the horrific shooting on the Molson Coors campus in Milwaukee on Wednesday, Miller has cancelled its Leap Day giveaway plans. The company took to Twitter to make the announcement.

ORIGINAL STORY: This Saturday is the first time that Leap Day has fallen on a Saturday since 1992.  To celebrate, I saw that Miller Lite was offering free beer to everyone who can legally buy it.  At first, I thought this was a joke.  After further investigation, it seems that the often dreamt about but rarely realized "Free Beer" claim that Miller Lite announced is legit.

I don't know about you, but my favorite brand of beer is "Free."  To say that I am going to take advantage of this is one heck of an understatement.  If you buy a case of Miller Lite on Saturday, then send Miller a picture of your receipt - they will PayPal you the money you just spent on their beer!  It's like the opposite of what your good friend Kevin told you last time you bought the beers - they will legitimately pay you back!

Obviously, you'll need a PayPal account and you'll have to fork out the initial price of the brews - but at the end of the day, you get 24 ice cold brews on the company that made them's dime! (ice not included)
