Six Awesome Places to Watch the Big Game this Sunday in Tyler
Super Bowl 52 featuring the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles airs this Sunday, February 4 at 5:30 pm. While we're all sad that the Cowboys suffered from multiple setbacks and didn't make it to the big show, we can still all find common ground rooting against the Patriots, right?
Let's be real - I only watch for the commercials and the half time show. But for those of you who actually want to watch the game, here is a list of places we recommend going in Tyler so you can get your grub and booze on too.
Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom
Have you been there yet? TVs everywhere! And pizza and wings are basically the staple of football watching fare. Our sister station Classic Rock 96.1 will be there on hand with Michael Gibson hosting the Big Game party. Hint: He's going to have some tickets to give away throughout the game!
And if you want to feel like you're in the comfort of your own home, Miller Light is bringing the "best seat in the house recliners" so you can sit in style and comfort while we watch the Eagles hopefully crush Brady and his Patriots. =P
Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar
All day happy hour specials! Tons of TVs. Some arcade games for the kids. Need I say more?
$6 Lone Star pitchers, $8 pitchers of Bud Light, Coors Lite, and Miller Lite, 20% off appetizers, and more!
$8 pitchers of Rolling Rock, $2.50 pints, 20 piece wing bucket
Rose City Draft House and Bar
They'll be having their regular happy hour specials from 5-close, but will have additional specials throughout the night.
They're throwing their final tailgate party for this 2017/2018 football season. There's no cover charge and they're giving away a 50-inch TV!
