Happy Fourth of July, and most importantly, happy 237th birthday, America.

With July 4th coming up, a lot of us are getting in the patriotic spirit with firework GIFs and festive food. But you know what? Celebrating 'merica doesn't only have to happen once every July. These people are showing off their patriotism year round!

East Texas is experiencing a rather cooler than normal July so far and it appears as if we're not going to bake under the hot summer sun as we wait for the skies to light up across East Texas tomorrow night because temperatures are expected to top out somewhere in the low 90's and be around 80 by the time the fireworks are shot off tomorrow night.

An informal survey conducted by the American Farm Bureau Federation found the average cost of packing a picnic lunch this Fourth of July comes out to just under $6 per person.

July 4th is one of the most celebrated days in America -- and rightly so! Check out what I'm looking forward to most about July 4th this year!

You can celebrate freedom and reasonable prices this Independence Day.

We're all entitled to our own opinions, but food is arguably the best part of any holiday. See, eating our way through this sort of celebration is an automatic win-win-- we're happy, our stomach's are happy, everyone's happy.

It's not the Fourth of July without the fireworks, something my daughter looks forward to every year. It appears as if we'll all be able to enjoy fireworks safely this year without having to worry about area burn bans, thanks to spring rains!
