The Postmaster General has announced plans to slow mail delivery standards and cut hours at some post offices as part of a 10-year strategy to stabilize the struggling agency.
The Internal Revenue Service has launched an online tool for non-filers, or people that don't normally file taxes, to register quickly and receive stimulus checks.
With this new free service, the post office will send black and white pictures of the mail that's coming to you that day. It's been tested in big cities, and the expansion includes Tyler and Longview, and all of East Texas.
