The Fourth of July tradition will continue with fireworks at Lindsey Park.

As in the past, this fourth of July, you can watch fireworks as they explode over the skies of Tyler's Lindsey Park, but with a few changes thanks to COVID-19. The annual Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration will happen Saturday, July 4th at dark. If you're looking for an approximate time, approximately 9:15 p.m.

Among the changes this year, entertainment or concessions will not be provided or offered as in the past. Attendees are also requested to follow best social distancing practices, hand washing and wearing a mask while watching the show.

This is a free fireworks show that is open to the public thanks to the City Of Tyler Parks and Recreation Department.. Lindsey Park is located off of Spur 364 between Loop 323 and Texas State Highway 31. Gates at the park will open at 2 p.m. and parking is first come, first served. Alcohol and private fireworks are strictly prohibited in the park.

Bring your sunscreen, bug spray, huge blanket, plenty of water and snacks and get ready to watch one of the best fireworks show in East Texas on Saturday, July 4th.
