This year the 48th Annual ACM Awards could be the best ever! The ACM just announced that George Strait and Garth Brooks are teaming up for a performance on the show with a tribute to Dick Clark. The late Dick Clark began producing the ACMs in 1979. He passed away last year. This year the ACM Artist of the Decade Award will be renamed the ACM Dick Clark Artist of the Decade Award in his honor. If you guys remember, George was given the same  award for the 2000s, and Garth received it for the '90s. This will be a don't-miss performance for sure.

The 48th Annual ACM Awards will broadcast live on CBS from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Sunday, April 7 at 7 p.m.
