What Was Included in the Plea Deal

The Rusk County District Attorney mentioned that because Prior decided to plea guilty, she would not be convicted of the indecency charge, although it was still taken into consideration when it was time for sentencing.

As part of the plea deal, it was also required that Prior surrender her teaching license.
