The 89th Annual Oil Celebration in Van, is coming up on us Saturday, October 12, 2019, with a parade beginning at 10 a.m., and festivities to follow at Van City Park. This year NBC The Voice Alum, Holly Tucker will headline the event, plus performances from Elfin Paige, and Chase McClanahan.

Tucker's latest EP You're Gonna Know My Name is out now, and features her new single "Take Me Fishin'." The Waco native won the hearts of millions of television viewers in 2013 on Season 4 of NBC’s The Voice.  She was was one of only seven contestants to receive an impressive “4-chair-turn,” before ultimately choosing Blake Shelton to be her coach. She is the reigning Texas Country Music Association’s Female Vocalist of the Year, winning the honor in 2018, and 2019.
