Freezing Temps Are Here: Do NOT Leave These Items in Your Car During Texas’ Arctic Blast
The beginning of 2025 has been cold so far, and it has already brought Texas some snow. Some parts of the Texas Panhandle recently experienced a winter storm that dumped 6-12 inches of snow. An arctic blast is currently moving into the state and will bring temps in some areas to under 20 degrees with wind chills in the negatives. With it being that cold, you don't want to leave certain things in your car.
If you do, you probably won't like the results of the freezing weather.
When it gets cold and the temperatures get to freezing, certain items don't like the cold weather.
Have you ever left a Coke (that's soda or pop in Texan) in your freezer to cool it off and then forget about it, only to find an extreme mess when you do, that's what it will do to your car. Have you done the same with a bottle of wine? Yeah, imagine that all over the interior of your car or trunk.
It's cold, and cold can destroy items. That's why it is important not to leave certain items in your vehicle.
