Fisher-Price Toys Being Recalled in Louisiana and Texas
If you have a child between 18 months and 5 years old then the latest toy recall from the Consumer Product Safety Commission is something you need to know about.
The items being recalled are in one of the Fisher-Price Little People sets.
According to the Consumer Protect Safety Commission, two of the figurines in the set can present a choking hazard. The heads of two of the toys can pop off.
Obviously, the company is asking you to take the toys away from the children immediately.
Thankfully, no child has been hurt yet, and you will get a refund for the two characters that need to be returned to Fisher-Price.
The company has announced that the Donald Duck and Daisy Duck figurines in the Fisher-Price Little People Mickey and Friends Figures pack are being recalled.
How Do You Get a Refund?
When you contact Fisher-Price they will send you a pre-paid return label. You put the figures in there, send them back, and you will get a $10 refund.
You only have to send back the Donald Duck and Daisy Duck figurines. The others are not impacted by the recall.
You have three choices on how you can get the pre-paid return label. You can go online to these websites, www.service.mattel.com/us/recall.aspx or www.service.mattel.com, or if you prefer, you can call 1-855-853-6224 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays.
The other option is to send an email by clicking on this website, https://consumersupport.mattel.com/mattelsupport/s/create-case.
