Need a laugh? Sometimes in the craziness of the day, I just have to laugh. I laugh a lot during the day, a loud, boisterous laugh. Laughter, for me, eases the stress and tension that sometimes (most times) the day can bring. It's also good for the soul.

Many doctors believe laughter is the best medicine, and I have to agree. Here's what HelpGuide.org. has to say about laughter:

Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain, and conflict. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humor lightens your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert.

With so much power to heal and renew, the ability to laugh easily and frequently is a tremendous resource for surmounting problems, enhancing your relationships, and supporting both physical and emotional health."

So when the day gets stressful or people don't "get you," or whatever the negative situation may be, just tilt your head back and laugh with all your might!

I stumbled on this video by chance, and wanted to share it with you guys. It's called " The many laughs of Richard Dreyfuss." You guessed it -- I laughed!
