Sunday night, Beyonce dominated Super Bowl XLVII with a killer half time performance. She joins the likes of Madonna, Michael Jackson, The Rolling Stones, Prince, Janet Jackson and many more as one of the biggest stars to get to perform on the Super Bowl stage. However, the last time a country music artist played at the Super Bowl was at Super Bowl XXVIII in 1994. So next year will be 20 years since a country music star has rocked the stage. We think it's time to see country music shine again on that Super Bowl stage. Here are some artists we think would blow the nation away.

George Strait

The Super Bowl Halftime Show would be the PERFECT place for King George to stop at on his final tour. Talk about goin' out in style!

Carrie Underwood & Miranda Lambert

Putting these two country blondes on one stage would set the Super Bowl on fire! They're hot, they're feisty, and they would completely tear the place down.

Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, & Eric Church

Why not get the three biggest outlaws in country music and put them on a stage together? They're good looking, can sing, and can entertain a crowd. They've got my vote.

Tim McGraw & Kenny Chesney

They went on tour together last year and proved they can definitely work a crowd together, so why not make them the halftime performers? They're country music vets and both love football, they can handle it.
