This Texas Restaurant Serves a Whole Pig’s Head, Ready in 24 Hours

Here in Texas, we have just about every restaurant you could ever think of, and we love having all the food options. But there are some restaurants that stick their head out when it comes to making a name for themselves. 

Order a Whole Pig’s Head for a Delicious Meal 

While it might seem strange, there is one restaurant that has set themselves apart from the rest as they serve a whole Pig’s Head Carnitas dish. 

If you want to try this mouthwatering meat for yourself, the chef who prepares it says that it’s best to order your meal twenty-four hours in advance to make sure it’s done to the best of his ability. 

The Pig’s Head Carnitas is served with salsa verde, limes, radish, cilantro, pickled onions, and fresh corn tortillas. If you don’t call ahead this will take about 45 minutes to prepare, it’s served with two side dishes and can feed up to four guests.

The popular dish is on the menu for $105 and is served at a restaurant called CBD Provisions.

It’s located within The Joule hotel, located at 1530 Main Street in downtown Dallas.

This was originally the Dallas National Bank built in the 1920s but has been beautifully restored integrating their history and added a contemporary design. 

This is not a cheap hotel or restaurant to visit, although it seems like you will make some lasting memories if you make a trip to visit CBD Provisions located inside The Joule in Dallas, Texas.
