If you want to help programs like these, then get don't miss this years Second Annual Drive to Inspire Golf Challenge, on Saturday,  September 15 at 1:30 p.m. at Wood Hollow Golf Course, 5121 McCann Road in Longview.

Here's what the Partners in Prevention Manager, Holly Fuller had to say about the event:

“The second annual Drive to Inspire Golf Challenge is coming to fruition thanks to of the hard work of the Mentoring Advisory Council. All proceeds from the golf challenge will benefit the Partners in Prevention Mentoring Program, which has mentors placed in six school districts. Last year we had a lot of fun and helped provide more than 150 mentors to children in need of a caring, adult role model. We anticipate doing the same this year. It is a wonderful sight to see the smile on a child’s face when they find out they are getting a mentor.”
