COVID-19 has taken a lot out of us. Many of us are walking around, drained, craving a vacation we can't take. I took a vacation this year and as much as I adored it, knowing that half the things I wanted to go do or experience were closed because of the pandemic really put a damper on things for me. I promised myself that once Coronavirus is under control and places are open again I will make the most out of everything.

I started to reflect on my choices before the pandemic, I was not one of the few that came out "on top" after the lockdown. I gained weight and my anxiety is through the roof. I can't be the only one who isn't happy about my personal choices during the pandemic.

According to Study Finds 4 out of 10 adults regret their life choices so far. According to the survey lack of traveling and not taking care of their health made the top of the list of regrets. Let's just blame it all on COVID-19.

Check out the list of top regrets in order:

1. Not traveling more.

2. Not taking better care of their health.

3. Not spending enough time with their family.

4. Working too much.

5. Not being a better parent.

The best part about this list is that we can make changes. I plan to continue bettering my health. I want to work smarter which means I will work less, and I plan to keep traveling like my life depends on it when I can.

Do you regret the way you have been living your life? If so, do you plan on doing anything about it?
