‘Today’ Host Matt Lauer Dressed in Drag as Pamela Anderson of Baywatch

For Halloween, "Today" host Matt Lauer dressed in drag this morning as CJ, Pamela Anderson's character on "Baywatch." Tell me that's not scary! The theme on the show this morning was classic television. Al Roker was Mr. T, Kathie Lee and Hoda were dressed up as Wilma and Betty from "The Flintstones," Savannah and Natalie made a great "Laverne and Shirley," Carson Daly was Jon from "CHiPs" and Willie Geist was David Hasselhoff.

But Matt's big reveal and re-enactment of Pamela Anderson running in slow motion just took all the Halloween candy!
