Without a doubt there has been a lot happening this week, the Boston Marathon bombing, the explosion at the fertilizer factory in West, TX and severe weather in the South. It does lead our children to ask questions and to feel anxious and a little scared, but it is up to us, the parents, to reassure our children that they are going to be ok.

In a story that's making mothers everywhere say "ow," a Texas woman has given birth to a 16-pound baby that's already two-feet tall -- the height of an average one-year-old.

JaMichael Brown, nicknamed "The Moose" by hospital staff, was delivered by C-section (whew!) last Friday to Janet Johnson and her fiancé, Michael Brown. The tot now holds the title for the biggest infant ever born at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas.
