After 31 Years in Downtown, Lindale Championship Rodeo Moves to Covered Arena
The 32nd annual Lindale Championship Rodeo will be moving 18 miles east of town this year.
Attendees will enjoy the spectacular covered arena on the grounds of the Cross Brand Cowboy Church, May 16-18, with three solid nights of all-out family fun.
Gates will open each night at 6 p.m. with immediate action and hilarity as Mutton Bustin' begins at 6:15 p.m. every night. Live music will follow at 6:45 p.m. with full rodeo action hitting the dirt at 7:30 p.m. sharp.
101.5 KNUE invites you to bring the whole family to the weather friendly confines of the Cross Brand Cowboy Church arena to watch a mix of saddle bronc, team roping, barrel racing, and the showcase bull riding events each night.
Make note of each evening's special events as Thursday is "Tough Enough To Wear Pink" night in support of Breast Cancer Research. Friday night, "Back The Blue" encourages all to wear blue in support of law enforcement, first responders, and service men and women abroad.
Saturday's final night we will all "Cowboy Up" by decking out in your favorite western heritage cowboy and cowgirl attire.
