Finishing up Liberty Hall's manly movie month, they have the crazy and politically incorrect “Blazing Saddles,” starring Gene Wilder and Mel Brooks.

Directed by Mel Brooks, this is the ultimate Western spoof. A town where everyone seems to be named Johnson is in the way of the railroad. In order to grab their land, Hedley Lemar, a politically connected nasty person, sends in his henchmen to make the town unlivable.

After the sheriff is killed, the town demands a new sheriff from the governor. Hedley convinces him to send the town the first black sheriff in the west. Sheriff Bart, played perfectly by Cleavon Little, is a sophisticated urbanite who will have some difficulty winning over the townspeople (to say the least).

This adult comedy movie can be seen at the Liberty on Friday, Nov. 25. Admission is $7 for a movie. To purchase tickets, go to www.LibertyTyler.com or purchase them at the door the day of the movie.
