The Dallas Cowboys finally made a move in free agency after stealing former Chargers linebacker Eric Kendricks away from the San Francisco 49ers.

Kendricks, who was released by the Los Angeles Chargers, had agreed to take his services to San Francisco. However, he had a change of heart and will be signing with the Cowboys.

The former LSU product was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings where he spent 8 seasons under the watchful eyes of coach Mike Zimmer, who is now the defensive coordinator for the Cowboys.

So, not only are we getting a much-needed linebacker but we'll get a player who already knows Zimmer's system.

The Cowboys are in desperate need of the position with Damone Clark listed as the only linebacker on the team. Dallas will try to address the position in the draft as they have hosted a slew of college linebackers for interviews.
