Tyler’s Growth Continues: New Development At Loop 323 & 155
(Tyler, Texas) For the past decade or more Tyler residents would flock to the southeast corner of Loop 323 and Hwy. 155 between mid-November and Christmas to the Christmas tree tent to pick out a beautiful live Christmas tree.
Any other time, at that same location you'd see vendors there selling rugs, honey, steaks, watermelons, Bonsai trees, and all sorts of other things. For the past couple of years though, a plant dealer would set up shop and sell seasonal plants there in the spring and fall.
The days of seeing that happening on this huge empty lot at the third busiest intersection in the city are numbered because this land is officially on the market.
The southeast corner of Loop 323 and Hwy. 155 is for sale
The Genecov Group has officially listed this prime real estate in Tyler, Texas for lease or sale. This is the last undeveloped piece of property at one of Tyler's busiest intersections.

Genecov has big dreams for this master-planned development. They have the property divided up into:
- 15 acres for a multi-family development
- 6 acres for an anchor retail store
- at least 8 one-acre lots that can be divided into smaller lots
This is going to be another huge growth area for Tyler. The city's west side is seeing a major development on the west side of Loop 323 and Earl Campbell Parkway that will soon feature a new Brookshire's, Chick-fil-A, Freddy's Frozen Custard, and 7 Brew, along with a planned residential community.
Tyler has seen growth along S. Broadway south of Cumberland Road and there are plans in the works for a new development to go across the street between S Broadway and Faulkner Park.
Tyler is growing and it appears as if it's not going to be slowing down anytime soon

I do know this, there's no stopping progress no matter how bad traffic will be in the area once it's developed and bustling with commerce.
