East Texas Cops Arrest 4 Men After Robbing Pizza Delivery Driver
A Wild Story From Lufkin Where Police There Arrested Some Dudes Who Stuck Up A Driver For Pizza And Wings.
Its unfortunate that criminals, even in this "age of cashless" purchases, would still try to take penitentiary chance to go after delivery drivers.
The Lufkin Police Department recently posted the details about a recent arrest involving 4 young men who were accused of jacking a pizza deliver driver at gunpoint.
They Posted All About It On Facebook.
A Domino’s Pizza employee reported being robbed at gunpoint of the order he was attempting to deliver which was two pizzas and wings along with his wallet by two black males. The suspects then fled on foot.
The ensuing investigation led officers to an apartment at the Pinedale Manor Apartments in the 900 block of South Second Street where the suspects were believed to be barricaded.
Officers surrounded the apartment.
The report from police went on to add that officers loud hailed, and two suspects exited without incident. Two additional suspects refused to exit the apartment, but officers entered and took them into custody.
While searching the apartment, officers found Domino’s Pizza boxes, a pistol hidden in a laundry hamper, and uneaten pizza slices in a bathroom toilet as if the suspects were trying to flush the evidence.
