Jojo’s Recovery and Rehab Plans
Williams admits that she is overwhelmed watching him walk, talk and laugh again. But the next big step in the road to recovery is rehab. There is OT, speech and physical therapy that is waiting for Jojo after he gets approval to move to rehab.

The Ongoing Investigation
Beyond physically recovering, Jojo's family is adamant about finding justice and holding the person responsible for the shooting. The Tyler Police Department and the FBI continue to investigate the case, but there are no new leads.
Williams is pleading with anyone that has information to come forward.
Even though answers are still needed, Williams says she is just grateful for where Josiah is now. The goal is to get Jojo home before his birthday on August 15; the plan right now is a big superhero block party.
