It's very apparent that former Heisman winner and Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel is daring the Houston Texans not to draft him first overall in the NFL Draft.

It's possible that if he's not drafted by the Texans, the Tyler native could go to Houston's division rival, Jacksonville at the No. 3 spot.

"It would be the worst decision they've ever made," Manziel said. "I'd be in the same division playing against them twice a year. Sorry, but you just turned that chip on my shoulder from a Frito into a Dorito."

Big words from a player who's never played a down in the NFL, but Manziel is obviously confident he'll be a great NFL quarterback.

Do you think the Texans should draft him?
