Lindale Eagles Archery Team Raising Money for Nationals

(KNUE-FM) We all know there are some very talented kids here in East Texas. And there is one group out of Lindale that needs our help with some fundraising efforts going on now as they prepare for a trip to nationals.

Why the Lindale Eagles Archery Team Needs Community Support

The Lindale Eagles Archery Team has been working hard, and its members now have a chance to showcase their talents and the hard work they have put in coming up May 7-9 in Louisville, Kentucky. As you can imagine the kids are excited to do their best in the competition but it’s going to cost money to get everyone there.

How Much Money the Lindale Team Still Needs to Raise

Recently, I received details about the team and its fundraising efforts, and members are doing everything possible to make this trip happen. The team is currently working to raise $10,000.

The team is not just asking for donations, although those would certainly be appreciated. But it’s great to see fundraisers in the works, including candy sales, a bake sale, a 65” television raffle, and even a car wash.

The car wash is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, at the Lindale Fire Department.

It’s incredible to see the kids working so hard toward a tremendous goal.
