East Texans LOVE their tacos. We have a many amazing places to get them here, too. Thankfully, we are never without options every Taco Tuesday. Or Wednesday. Or any day, for that matter.

However, for the truly taco-obsessed, there's a road trip you may want to plan for in April.

San Antonio is hosting it's third annual 'Taco Fest: Music y Mas.' Perfect for the entire family, take a trip south to enjoy tacos from over 40 restaurants and, of course, food trucks.

Vendors will be in competition for your devotion, and each will offer at least one taco for only $2.

The 'Taco Fest' is happening April 4 from noon until 11 p.m. at The University of Texas San Antonio's downtown campus at 501 West Cesar E. Chavez Blvd.

In addition to celebrating "all things taco," enjoy the live music happening on three stages, with over 20 bands set to perform. Early bird tickets are already available for purchase here. Kids ten and under get in free. VIP tickets are also available and include a special "cantina" area with a lounge, a special view of the stage, private VIP restrooms, drink tickets and more.

I already love finding any reason to make a trip to San Antonio, but this may be the most compelling reason yet.
