Make plans to attend the 7th annual New Year's Eve Fur Ball, 'Tinsel and Tails,' December 31, from 8 p.m. until 12: 30 a.m. at the Jul's Event Center in Tyler. Hosted by the SPCA of East Texas, this is a huge fundraising event that helps them achieve their mission "to improve the lives of animals, alleviate their suffering, and elevate their status in society." 

Help the cats and dogs of East Texas while enjoying fabulous cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Participate in the live and silent auction, make a memory in the photo booth, and a raise your glass in a champagne toast at midnight. Relax in the lounge and pub-style seating or get up and dance with The Grooves--the vibrant, 10-member, Austin-based band.
