When it comes to personal preferences, I'm a fan of letting people eat their steak however they want it. However, I do think it makes sense to expand our culinary horizons and try it the way the chef feels it tastes best if we are open to that.
As for me, I appreciate the fact that some of these 'foods' aren't available or are out-and-out banned. In my opinion, some foods are potentially too dangerous and not worth the risk. Others are created or harvested in ways that seem so unethical, that consuming them seems beneath the dignity of otherwise caring, good-hearted people. Again, that's just my opinion.
You know how sometimes you take a chance a try a new restaurant you've never been to before and realize you've just found a new favorite?
That was the experience I had when I first visited Tiba Grill in Tyler, Texas.
Have you tried them yet? According to the signage, they're only around for a limited time so...be forewarned before you find yourself too addicted to the deliciousness.
And now people all over the U.S. will be able to get a closer look at the incredible food so many have come to love in East Texas. America’s Best Restaurants will be bringing their 'roadshow' to this Tyler Restaurant on January 10.
