Tyler Transit Altering Bus Route During East Texas State Fair

The East Texas State Fair is coming up next week, and everyone is preparing, including the City of Tyler.

Starting Sept. 21, the Blue Line Southwest transit route will be closed, and will reopen after the fair ends Oct. 1. Here is the schedule:

CLOSED:

• Stop 414 at Highway 31 and South Southwest Loop 323
• Stop 415 at West Front Street and Hillcrest Avenue
• Sop 416 at West Front Street and South Lyons Avenue

TEMPORARY ADDED BUS STOP:

• Stop T1 at Bellwood Road and South Southwest Loop 323
