Last Sunday night (May 10th) the tiny town of Van, just off HWY I-20, in East Texas was devastated by tornadoes. And while the city works to rebuild, the show of love, support and donations has been almost overwhelming.

As soon as the sun rose on Monday morning support groups started popping up all over Facebook and Twitter.

This Memorial Day Weekend (Sunday May 24), eighteen artists have pledged their time and voices to help raise money for the Van Community Ministries Tornado Relief Fund.

Scheduled to appear: Big Gus and Swampadelic, Harris and the Happening, Big Show Auction, Uncle Lucius, Ally Venable, KID ICARUS PROJECT, WESLEY PRUITT BAND, SCOTT WALKER,  Jeremy Peyton & Brian, Austin Brasher & Sam Stevens, Chase McClanahan & Chip Murrey, Heather Little, and Alex Smith of The Bigsby's will be lending their voice and time to raise money.

Music starts at 1 p.m. at The Forge Pavilion in Ben Wheeler, and won't stop 'till late Sunday night. Not a bad way to spend Memorial Day Weekend for any music loving family. Click here to get the full schedule of events.
