There's something inherently romantic about standing under the stars. If you're with someone you love, even better. But even just the mystery and beauty of a clear night sky filled with starlight can bring out the lover of life in many of us. Perhaps that's why, as mentioned on the event page, "throughout the ages, the poets and composers have been inspired by love and its relationship to the cosmos."

If the romance and mystery of a starry night beckons you, consider spending an evening of 'Love Under the Stars' at the TJC Earth and Space Science Center. It's happening on Friday and Saturday, February 14 and 15 from 7 until 9:30 pm.

Couples ages 21 and over are welcome to enjoy the brand new dome show. There will be discussion about love stories relating to the constellations we see in the night sky, as well as the mythology from which they're drawn. Also, couples will take a "tour" through our solar system and beyond and gaze upon the constellations visible in our night sky.

Ticket price includes the show, beverages and heavy hors d'oeuvres, as well as a telescopic view outside. Also, they'll receive a commemorative photo and a special gift basket to aid in your Valentine's celebrations. Please know only one ticket per couple is required.
