(KNUE-FM) There is so much delicious food located in East Texas. From Tyler to Longview, and so many of the small towns around them, have amazing restaurants serving up delicious food but today we’re talking about breakfast specifically.

I wanted to highlight some of the best spots if you’re looking for a great meal to start your day. Although I am a firm believer that breakfast for dinner is always a great choice too.

It’s been tough watching so many of our favorite restaurants struggling to keep their doors open lately, which is why it’s so important to support our favorite restaurants while they are still in business. My hope is to keep updating this list of great breakfast restaurants around Longview, but only add restaurants, not take any off the list.
