What the Video Says About Local Driving

There were comments from people in Longview, Lufkin, Jacksonville, Athens, Lindale, and Yantis who all agree that people in East Texas need to lock in when it comes to using their blinker.

Yes, it’s about horrible driving habits once again. I’m not sure what it is about East Texas but as the comments on the video discuss people need to pay more attention when behind the wheel. It’s not just failing to use a blinker when changing lanes, but another big issue that continues to be a problem is running red lights.

Law Enforcement Presence on East Texas Roads

What’s surprising is that you see law enforcement all over East Texas, whether it’s on the Loop in Tyler or Longview, you’re going to see officers watching for speed and other violations. Yet, for some reason there are still tons of people that without using a blinker and running red lights.

As temperatures warm up, let this be a reminder, expect to see even more law enforcement on the roads looking for driving violations. And with everything costing so much lately, no one can afford a ticket or higher insurance costs.
