Texas Governor Rick Perry appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel Live show Tuesday night in front of a mixed audience in Austin. He was greeted with applause and boos, but ended up laughing the boos off. Kimmel is live all week from Austin for the South By Southwest festival. During the interview, he uncovered quite a few personal details about Perry's childhood, and the two talked a little bit of politics, playing drums, a run for the Presidency, marijuana, Willie Nelson and carrying a concealed weapon.

The crowd seemed to really like Governor Perry when he answered Jimmy's question about decriminalizing the use of marijuana within the state of Texas. Check out the statement and response below.
