It’s A Southern Thing: Which Back to School Mom are You?

School is back in session across East Texas which means some emotional, or enthusiastic, send offs for your kids on their first day.

How you react, I'm guessing, comes down to experience or attitude.

Growing up, I don't remember my mom's reaction. I think she was more concerned to get me to the road so the bus could pick me up.

She certainly didn't cry when me and my sister left, at least that I saw.

Nowadays, though, I've seen my mom friends in a whole roller coaster of emotions. It was either crying to picture, picture, picture, picture, good bye to just dreading the mom line to drop them off.

So which "back to school mom" were you as your kiddos started their first day this week? You can probably relate to at least one in the video above.
