That’s Not a Mall Food Court, It’s a Giant Texas High School Cafeteria

Yes we've heard the saying that "everything is bigger in Texas"; but when it comes to this high school cafeteria, there is most definitely some truth to that. The cafeteria has exploded online for the sheer size and the amount of places to eat inside this school. TO find it, all you got to do is travel to Allen, TX. Yup... we're talking about the Allen High School.

Here's what the Allen High School cafeteria looks like

You can clearly see a Subway, and a Pizza Hut at the start of the video, but there's also a Caliente Cactus, a Great Plate & a Grille Restaurant inside.

It makes complete sense why this food court is ENORMOUS; Allen High School is one of the biggest schools in the United States (let alone Texas). They also have the biggest high school stadium; Eagle Stadium can seat 18,000 people.

Watching people's reactions to this giant cafeteria is pretty hilarious too; take this TikTok video for instance. You can find even more hilarious reactions on Reddit too & on the original Twitter thread that contained the original video upload.

As far as I know, there are not many cafeterias that are this big; not even the food court at the University I went to many years ago was this big! Some Texas restaurants might be contenders for "best cafeterias" like Cleburne Cafeteria in Houston or Underwood's Cafeteria in Brownwood. However, those are official restaurants; maybe a more appropriate contender would be The Galleria in Houston (the largest mall in Texas).

Will there be a contender for the biggest cafeteria in the future? Possibly. But until then, who's hungry?
