CityFest took place on the square in Downtown Tyler this weekend. Some ten to twelve thousand people packed the square each night for fellowship, music and worship. Neal McCoy was one of Sunday night's performers.

Neal was a last minute replacement for Josh Turner, who had to cancel due to the death of one of his crew members in a bus accident.

Neal McCoy is East Texas personified. To have his family friendly show in Tyler for this event was perfect.

Saturday night was headlined by the Newsboys with Ryan Stevenson and Blanca also taking the stage. Sunday night included Marisol Park, Pat Barrett, Neal and LaCrae. Each night ended with a message from Andrew Palau.

This was an event for the entire family. Before the music kicked off, the kids could enjoy the Family Fun Zone and X-Games style motorcycle and bike performances. And it was all free for everyone with the exception of a few vendors and some of East Texas' finest food trucks.

It was a great weekend of entertainment for all.
