Lufkin's Thundering 13 rebounded from their loss to North Carolina with a thrashing of the New England region last night, 14-4.

Lufkin scored eight runs in the first inning highlighted by Collin Ross' three run home run.

In all, Lufkin had 13 hits.

The game was called at the end of the fifth inning. With the win, Lufkin moves on to the US Championship game. It will be a rematch against the North Carolina team which gave Lufkin it's first loss Wednesday. Check out the video below for the whole game;

If Lufkin wins, they will play the winner of the international championship between Mexico and Japan for a chance to be the Little League World Series Champion.
