Taste of Home Cooking Show – September 8th

KNUE and Don's TV & Appliances, 'Your Get More Store,' invite you to be apart of the Taste Of Home Cooking Show Thursday, September 8th at Harvey Hall in Tyler! Doors will open at 4pm with exhibits until 6:30p. Then it's time for some down and dirty cookin'!

Now, I have admitted time and and time again that I don't cook, I can't cook and I have NO desire to cook.  This is to the dismay of my Mother, who by the way could cook in her sleep, and my sweet  Granny  (rest her soul) who is probably cooking her famous fried chocolate pies in heaven! (Those of us who have read or seen "The Help" die laughing at that reference BUT take my word my granny didn't doctor up her pies with any secret ingredient.)
But over the past few months  I have tried to spend some time in that 'foreign land' I call the kitchen. Why I've even shared  some recipes with you guys.  I am bound and determined to learn some cooking skills, learn some easy recipes and of course have  fun at the Taste of Home Cooking Show.
