Tesla Expands Robotaxi Service in Texas

According to MySA, the Tesla robotaxis are now in Dallas and Houston. The announcement was made in a video posted on social media video on the Tesla Robotaxi page on X. Beyond Austin, Houston, and Dallas the Tesla robotaxi service is available in the Silicon Valley region of California, though those vehicles still include human drivers

Austin’s Experience With AV Technology

Autonomous vehicle technology is a huge hit in Austin, the city has its own AV dashboard that was created in 2023. So far the dashboard has recorded 258 incidents involving AV vehicles from five different companies including Tesla.

Other vehicle manufacturers are working toward offering their own AV vehicles, including Volkswagen and Hyundai.
