If you’re visiting or new to Texas, don’t insult the Lone Star State or the way things are done here. That is one of the quickest ways to hear the words “bless your heart.”
Most people understand that Texans are proud individuals and love Texas the way it is now, so they don’t want to hear your ideas on how to make Texas better. It truly is on you to adapt to Texas or get used to hearing the words, “bless your heart.”
