Texas is like so many other states when it comes to complaints made to Human Resources (HR), it’s mostly about employees that are not happy with their place of employment. Obviously, there are lots of other complaints that could be made to an HR team but it seems like the majority are about workplace behavior, compliance or employee relations.

Making an HR complaint can be tricky. There are lots of companies that welcome that type of feedback as they are truly looking out for the best interests of their employees, and they want to make things better. But there are some bosses that seem to put a target on your back if you make an HR complaint, while you don’t really want to work for those employers, just be careful how you relay any problems to your HR team.

It’s Okay to Speak Up

You should never go to a job where you don’t feel comfortable with speaking your mind, sure you want to do it in a respectful manner, but you should never dread going to a place that you spend most of your day. If you really cannot stand your place of employment due to HR reasons or whatever, that means it’s time to look for another employment opportunity.
