How Many Deer Were Involved
The three individuals are suspected of allegedly hunting mostly white-tailed deer without landowner consent. Officials believe that the suspects and co-conspirators shot more than 100 white-tailed deer during the time of the investigation. Officials say “It is also believed that some of the white-tailed deer have been processed and illegally sold.”

Could Federal Charges Be Filed?
All three men were arrested separately and booked into their county jails, but out-of-state charges may be referred to agencies such as the Game Warden partners at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Department to look into possible federal charges.
The case is still active and more charges could be added as officials continue to learn more about this disturbing case.
Remember it’s vital to follow all rules and regulations to keep hunting great for years to come.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
