Hey, I heard the flowers in Tyler are pretty neat!

Ok, if you live in Texas, you know spring flowers, azaleas and roses are Tyler's specialty. People from all across the state and beyond travel to this city to view the beautiful scenery - nature at its bloom in an historic neighborhood.

Starting today, the 58th Annual Azalea and Spring Flower Trails are officially open. From March 24th to April 9th you can partake in activities that highlight the beauty of Tyler, Texas. For instance, we stopped by to check out the Rose City Artisans & Flower Market at the Goodman-LeGrand House and Museum.

In case you missed it (or are about to miss it because of the impending rain), fear not as the Market is open on Saturday, March 25 from 10 am to 4 pm. Did we mention it's a free open-air market?

Discover fine art local artisans and crafters have prepared, eat some home-baked specialty food items and enjoy the live entertainment as well as tours of the historic home.
